PLEASE NOTE:

We try to respond to your E-mails just as soon as possible. Our in box is checked regularly.

We try to answer your telephone calls at any reasonable time. As a voluntary organisation we take calls during evenings and weekends, as well as normal office hours.

A 24 hour answer machine is used only when there is no one to take your call in person.

Our post is usually collected from the Brewhouse on a weekly basis but at holiday times is dependant on the Box Office opening schedule.
